4. Career Planning
BSI offers a Career Planning Program that is specifically designed for those  in the process of seeking a new job, making a career change, and those who are preparing for retirement.  

The program offers a process to help those that attend the program to;

  1. Understand exactly what career is best for the participant. 
  2. You will understand of your behaviors, the HOW you do the things you do, how you are motivated, and what your aptitudes are. This is done by means of an assessment tool, which we will review the results in week two of the program.
  3. In week 3 we develop a strategy to help you to located the 80% of the jobs that are not advertised anywhere, including web sites, job boards, ads, social media.
  4. In week four we will discuss how to market yourself in today’s world. By the way, AI is playing an significant role in deciding who gets a job interview. 
  5. In week 5, we do an overall review of how to make a job/career change that is best for you. We will establish your ACTION PLAN to implement.
